In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any Business Service are trademarks or trade dress of the Business in the U.S. and other countries. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable Service Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, the Business or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Business Services. You may need your own Business account to use certain Business Services and may be required to be logged in with a valid payment method associated with it. Payments may be processed by a third-party vendor. In such cases, your use will also be governed by separate Conditions of Use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Business Services and all information, content, materials, products (including software), and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Business Services are provided by the Business on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Business makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Business Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by the Business or through the Business’s website, will be resolved by binding arbitration, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.

13. Applicable Law

By using any Business Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, will govern these Terms and Conditions.
